In operation since 1978, the Primary Care Medical Clinic was developed to serve a mostly low-income community in East Central Spokane.  Expansions of services occurred with the partnership with Deaconess Medical Center.

Our Staff
   
 

Certified nurse practitioners and medical assistants make up our staff. Medical condition requiring more comprehensive or specialist care will be referred to appropriate sources. A licensed physician sees more complex patients on a monthly basis.

Phone and voicemail messages are answered during business hours.  Please schedule an appointment.  Please cancel 24 hours in advance if possible. Walk-ins will be accommodated when there is an opening in the schedule

   
Prescriptions
   
  Just as we cannot treat illnesses over the phone, medications cannot be prescribed over the phone and refills are considered only for established patients.
   

Fees and Payments

   
  There is a minimal fee at each visit (if you don't have insurance). We will bill private insurance carriers, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Molin. Please bring your coupon or card. All balances remain the responsibility of the patient.
