Center offers this specialty clinic at our sister hospital,
Deaconess Medical Center.
Highly trained specialists
and staff, the progress of medicine and close monitoring
now allows babies to thrive when previously they might
not have due to early birth and other problems.
This monthly clinic is designed to care
for infants who needed to be on oxygen after birth—often our tiniest
patients. Neonatologists monitor the pulmonary
and nutrition status of these infants after they go home
in order to catch any symptoms of health problems early
on.
