Recovery

Recovery room nurse was right on top of what I needed—I did not even have to ask! Very comforting environment to come out of anesthesia to!

Lab

Karen in Lab was great, she was very busy the day of my SAC visit but still managed to get me in and out in a timely fashion!

I had MANY blood draws and not once did it hurt or cause discomfort.

Outpatient Services

I can't imagine how I could have been treated any better. I thought the food was good.

[Urology Services] should be a model for others.

Kelly was great in preop and postop, very informative and I appreciate the call postop on a SATURDAY!

I arrived about 3:00 a.m. There was no wait time. I was taken care of with kindness and genuine concern. The doctor was very prompt and caring.

Is the best service I've ever gotten in the hospital. Thank you!

We were seen very fast, which is always nice with a little one.

Dr. Robbins was excellent, professional, and thorough! Very careful to make sure nothing was missed.

Doctor had extra knowledge regarding brother's condition and was extremely helpful and caring.

The nurses told us everything that was happening and what everything meant.

Medical/Surgical

I am so happy to have this hospital so close to home.

I was so sick and have to say I had a most positive experience.

Very friendly and courteous. Felt like they cared about my needs.

Each nurse took a personal interest & went out of their way to make me comfortable and to cheer me.

My admission was unexpected. Every one of staff involved in the process did everything to make me feel at ease (even the Info desk)

[Discharge} was extremely thorough! Very comfortable with what to expect when I went home with my home nurse and therapy.

I felt that they really cared! -Robert took time to visit with me & explain how I was progressing.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional & pleasant group of people. They truly made me feel special and relaxed.

The evening nurses were wonderful! They took very good care of us and so did my birthing nurse. I can't thank them enough.

Kim and Julie were exceptionally great nurses on the labor and delivery floor.

Nurses are wonderful. They are the reason we use this hospital.

This was my first delivery at this hospital and & don't plan on ever going anywhere else.

Intensive Care and Progressive Care Units

I can't say enough about all the nurses and aides. They were great!!

They [nurses] were awfully good to me, so kind and understanding, They were the nicest nurses I have ever met.

Again, no matter what shift, the care was very good.

The staff was very accommodating with getting chairs for visitors and being so nice, no matter what time it was.

IV nurse: EXCELLENT! Quick, got it first time and I am hard to find veins on.

Family Care Services Unit

Excellent nurses & care! Bravo! They were very helpful, compassionate and kind. Absolutely THE BEST NURSES. Friendly and competent. Very sweet, too.

EXCELLENT!! Very compassionate staff!

Nurses were helpful to my husband.

Dietary

Cold liquids always cold and hot always hot. GOOD.

Thank you for giving a menu with options.

[Patient] loved this type of service. She ate when she was hungry.

Calling room service was a breeze. They always knew what I could or could not have and it was always hot and on time.
